Payne Her Forward – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Payne Her Forward! We take great pride in the quality of our chic women’s handbags and our beautifully structured physical financial planners.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Return Window

  • Handbags & Planners: You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

  • Handbags: Must include all original tags attached, dust bags, and protective packaging.

  • Physical Financial Planners: Must be completely unwritten in, with no bent pages, spine damage, or marks.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required to process your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer support team at orders@payneherforward.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product.

  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, Shopify Payments, etc.).

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).

6. Damages and Issues (Defects)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your physical financial planner arrives damaged (e.g., torn pages, broken binding) or your handbag has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@payneherforward.com with photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
