Payne Her Forward – Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Payne Her Forward! We are committed to delivering your stylish handbags and structured physical financial planners to you in a safe and timely manner.

Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

  • Note: During high-volume periods (such as a new planner launch or holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience!

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship nationwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivers in 1–3 business days after processing.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.

3. Physical Financial Planners Note

Our financial planners are physical books and are packaged securely to prevent bent edges or spine damage during transit. Because of their weight, shipping rates for planners may vary slightly compared to handbags, but all combined shipping rates will be clearly calculated at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking information will become active and viewable within 24–48 hours of shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Shipping)

If you do not plan to ship internationally yet, you can remove this section.

  • Payne Her Forward is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We work quickly to process and ship orders, so there is a very small window to change an address. Please contact us immediately at orders@payneherforward.com, if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your physical planner or handbag arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer support team within 48 hours at orders@payneherforward.com so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

  • Lost/Stolen: Payne Her Forward is not liable for products lost or stolen after they are marked as "Delivered" by the courier. However, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to help you locate your package or file a claim with the carrier.
